Sheep, Dog, 'n' Wolf

Generation: 5

Machine: Playstation, and others

Genre: Platformer, Puzzle

In a dazzlingly original move, Infogrames took the fashionable stealth action genre of games such as Metal Gear Solid and turned it on its head to produce this fabulous Loony Toons caper. You play a wolf who's taking part in Daffy Duck's game show with the aim of stealing sheep. Using ACME products (like rockets and giant elastic bands) ordered from convenient mailboxes, you have to steal one sheep per level from under the nose of the sheepdog. It's a brilliant cross between stealth, puzzle and platform genres that you really have to play to believe. There is little else on the Playstation that can provide you with this much fun yet also requiring a high level of skill.

ePSXe - You'll still need an original game disk though. You could also get hold of the PC version from any good second hand game store.
